Refund Policy

All credit purchases are final

Credits are digital content that is supplied to your account immediately after payment. When you buy credits you ask us to supply them right away and you acknowledge that, by doing so, you lose your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. For this reason, credit purchases are non-refundable once the credits have been added to your account.

Your statutory rights

This policy does not affect your legal rights. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If credits are faulty, were not delivered, or were charged in error, you are entitled to a remedy — which may include a repeat supply or a refund. We will always honour these rights.

When we may issue a refund

  • You were charged but the credits were not added to your account.
  • You were charged more than once for the same purchase.
  • The credits were not as described or did not work as intended.
  • Where a refund is otherwise required by law.

How to request help

Email hello@perfectxi.co.uk from the address on your account, with the date and amount of the purchase. We aim to respond within a few working days. Payments are processed by Stripe; approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.
