1. Who we are

Perfect XI ("Perfect XI", "we", "us") operates the game available at perfectxi.co.uk (the "Service"). You can contact us at hello@perfectxi.co.uk. By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service, and at least 18 to purchase credits. By purchasing, you confirm you are 18 or over.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity on your account. Provide accurate information when registering. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms or are used unlawfully.

4. Credits

Credits are a digital entitlement used to replay nations within the Service.
Credits have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are non-transferable between accounts.
Credits do not expire while your account is active, but unused credits are lost if your account is closed.
Credit purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.
We may change pricing and bonus amounts for future purchases at any time.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

attempt to cheat, automate, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Service or scoring;
access the Service in a way that disrupts it or other players;
use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, belongs to Perfect XI. Player names and factual data are used for identification only. Perfect XI is independent and not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by FIFA, any national association, club, or player.

7. Availability and changes

We provide the Service "as is" and may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of it. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). Subject to that, the Service is provided for entertainment and we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable loss. Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date shows the latest version; continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
